A 3.6-litre V-6 engine produces 285 hp and 260 lb.-ft of torque to power the Gladiator. The six-speed manual transmission is the new standard, or you can opt for the eight-speed automatic. The Jeep goes 0 – 60 mph in 7.2 seconds. The Gladiator is also available with a 3.6-litre diesel V-6 engine. It produces 260 hp and 442 lb.-ft of torque. The Jeep has an additional 19.4 inches between the front and rear wheels. It helps improve handling and pickup.
